EUROBIZZ ACADEMY PRIVACY PROTOCOL

Planning.eurobizzacademy.eu is a planning platform of EURObizz Academy and facilitates the planning and execution of the program 'Ondernemen Op School'. In this Privacy Protocol, EURObizz Academy BV has established how the organization deals with personal data and their recording. This protocol has been drawn up in accordance with the new General Data Protection Act, effective from May 25, 2018. With this protocol, the EURObizz Academy complies with the legal requirements set out in the aforementioned law.

All personal data collected by the EURObizz Academy will only be used for the purpose for which they are collected. The data is never used for other purposes or provided to other parties.

WHICH INFORMATION IS RECORDED

EURObizz Academy records the following data. For each information group, it is explained below in this protocol how the information is recorded.

  • Information from schools
  • Information from contact persons of schools and trainers who work for EURObizz Academy

EURObizz Academy does not use addressee mailings and suppliers who receive personal data for this.

Recording information

All information is recorded online and on secure servers in Europe. Use, management or processing of data on (mobile) equipment only occurs on equipment that is provided with security by, to the current standard, secure passwords.


If there is a need for offline storage of data, our office is only accessible with a number combination and 2 closed doors. The codes are only known to employees and keys only in possession of employees and the manager of the building. The latter may only enter the office after prior notification or in clear cases of emergency.

Information from schools

EURObizz Academy mentions names, possibly physical addresses of schools on its platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu. The school has been asked for permission (digitally) in writing and this permission has been obtained (digitally) in writing.This information is based on the data published or supplied by schools, schools can also create an account / profile and create and publish a plan.


If schools are listed on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu, a contact person of the relevant school can submit a request (digitally) in writing at any time in order to change the information and / or delete it. This request can be submitted via the contact form in the platform, by email via sales@eurobizz.eu or by (physical) mail to EURObizz Academy BV, Mercuriusweg 18, 2516AW in The Hague. The contact person of a school can also delete the data itself when using its own account / profile.


If this does not work, a request can still be submitted. Schools have the right to be forgotten on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu. EURObizz Academy is not responsible for the inclusion of content in search engines, whether or not stored in cache. Requests for removal in search engines will have to be directed to the respective search engines.


A confirmation of the change and / or removal will be sent to the applicant in writing (digitally). The change and / or removal will take place within 5 working days at the latest, unless this period is not feasible. If this takes longer than 5 working days, the applicant will (digital) be informed in writing.

Inactive accounts from schools

If a school has listed an inactive account / profile on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu, then EURObizz Academy will keep for a maximum of 2 years after the date on which the last publication expired. The school in question will be informed of the intended removal prior to the removal. In response to this, the school can indicate that it wishes to leave the data, to adjust it or to have it (or have it removed) or indeed to have it removed.


If the school fails to comply with the intended removal of their account / profile within a period of 3 weeks, EURObizz Academy assumes that the school no longer wants to make use of its account / profile. Therefore, the relevant account / profile and all related content will be permanently deleted. Schools are free to create a new account / profile afterwards.

Information from contacts of schools / trainers who work for EURObizz Academy

Contact persons from schools and trainers who work for EURObizz Academy can use the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu and create an account / profile. They can also give (digital) written permission to EURObizz Academy to create and activate an account / profile. An account / profile on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu can only be used after manual activation by EURObizz Academy. This is to pre-buy improper use and abuse. In the account / profile the following details of the contact person are recorded:

  • First and last name of the contact person of the school / trainer
  • Name, address, postcode and place of residence of the school / name of the trainer’s company
  • Telephone number of the school and / or your own (mobile) telephone number
  • Email address of the contact person / trainer
  • School logo or profile photo of the school / trainer contact person
  • Job title of the contact person of the school
  • Website of the school

Passwords of accounts / profiles are not known and saved at EURObizz Academy. When contact persons or trainers no longer know their password, they can restore their password / access by clicking on the link 'Forgot password?', which can be found on https://planning.eurobizzacademy.eu. This link can be found in the login screen.


If contact persons are listed on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu, a (new) contact person of the relevant school can submit a request (digitally) in writing at any time to change the information and / or delete it. This request can be submitted via the contact form in the platform, by email via sales@eurobizz.eu or by (physical) mail to EURObizz Academy BV, Mercuriusweg 18, 2516AW in The Hague. The contact person of a school can also delete the data itself when using its own account / profile.


If this does not work, a request can still be submitted. Contact persons have the right to be forgotten on the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu. EURObizz Academy is not responsible for the inclusion of content in search engines, whether or not stored in cache. Requests for removal in search engines will have to be directed to the respective search engines.


In the unlikely event that something is not mentioned in this privacy protocol, EURObizz Academy can request additional explanations or to add this to this privacy protocol. This can be made known via the contact form in the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu, by email via sales@eurobizz.eu or by (physical) mail to EURObizz Academy BV, Mercuriusweg 18, 2516AW in The Hague. By using the platform planning.eurobizzacademy.eu you agree that, if you believe that EURObizz Academy has violated your privacy, you report this via the aforementioned 3 options within 3 weeks after the breach. If you do not do this in time, EURObizz Academy may decide not to process your report.


If the handling of the report does not lead to a solution within a reasonable and reasonable period of time, an independent party, approved by both parties, will be considered for mediation. In all cases, the use of the website is subject to Dutch law.
